World War I Grade Requirements
Grades will be based upon three mid-term examinations, two reaction papers over two of the recommended readings, an on-going in-class project, and class discussion. Grades will be based on a standard distribution of 90%, 80%, 70%, and 60% of the 500 points available during the course of the semester. The reaction papers should be no longer than three typed pages. Grades will follow the model listed below: · Three Examinations – 100 points each. · Two Reaction Papers – 50 points each. · Class Project – 50 points. · Discussion – 25 points. · Attendance -- 25 Points.
